Multiple Device Protection
Electronics, computer and appliance retailers may offer great pricing on the products they sell, but more than make up for it on the extended warranties they offer. A warranty on a plasma TV may cost you $400 or more. For this reason, The Club has partnered with a top rated insurance company to create an innovative service contract that covers all of the new electronic devices, computers and appliances in your household as well as items you purchase in the future.
With this coverage, items listed on the plan are protected for three years from the date of purchase. This plan doesn’t protect just one device; it covers all of the devices you purchase for just $9.81 a month.
How it works:
Enroll for the plan when you have an electronics device, computer or appliance you want covered. The difference with this policy is that you can add additional items you wish to have covered:
- You can add all of your new purchases as long as you add them within 30 days of purchase and they have a minimum of at least a 90 day manufacturer’s warranty.
- You can add any qualifying item that you purchased 60 days prior to joining this protection plan, as long as it came with at least a 1 year warranty from the manufacturer.
- The electronics device, computer or appliance must have a sales price of greater than $30 and lower than $5,000.
- The maximum claim for a single repair or replacement is $2,500 with a $5,000 cap annually.
- Maximum of two claims per year.
- Repair options include carry-in or in-home service depending on the size and type of device and repair needed. (See sample policy for details)
- You must keep your receipt for all covered items, as they may be required if you have a claim.
- Regardless of the number of items you list on this plan, you pay just $9.81 per month total.
